The apartment is available for short-term rent from October 1st, 2024, to April 1st, 2025.

The apartment features:

- Open kitchen
- Shower/WC
- Balcony

Monthly rent: 500 Euros (utilities included) + 250 Euros deposit.

At the listed monthly rent, the apartment can be rented for a minimum of three months within the specified period (between 01.10.24 - 01.04.25). For rentals shorter than three months, please contact us for an offer.

The tenant pays an agency fee of 250 Euros.
